Primary and preventive care – medical, dental, behavioral health and pharmacy services

Hormone replacement therapy

Referrals for gender confirming surgeries

Referrals to transgender advocates, legal support, and other services

Name and/or gender marker changes

Behavioral and mental health care – individual counseling, family counseling, and support groups

HIV and STI testing, counseling, and treatment

Health insurance enrollment

Assistance with legal name/gender change paperwork
