The Referral Center team strives to seamlessly transition patients from St. Johns Community Health to external diagnostic imaging exams & specialist. When you are referred to a specialist, the location is determined by your insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider directly if you have any concerns about your referral, or discuss options with your healthcare provider at your next appointment to find a specialist closer to you.
