Family Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant Opportunities Regular Full-Time
Salary Range $155,000 – $210,000
Provides comprehensive medical services and functional health assessments for members of the community, diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases and injuries that commonly occur in the general population. Services include: Preventative care, immunizations, primary care and treatment, health education, prescribing of medications, ordering and interpreting lab testing, physical examinations, STD screenings, vision/hearing, women’s health, family planning, prenatal services, nutrition. Incumbents work some evenings and Saturdays as scheduled.

PA & NP QUALIFICATIONS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
DEA Certificate
Valid BLS and PALS certification
Board certified or Board eligible within one year of residency training
Up to date CPR certification
Bilingual English/Spanish
Proficient Microsoft Office and Excel (familiarity with medical terminology)
EHR- Electronic Health Record (Preferred)
Ability to convey a warm, caring attitude for patients while representing the best interest of SJCH
PA applicants are required to have a valid CA Physician Assistant License
NP applicants are required to have a valid CA Nurse Practitioner License
