We emphasize communication, accessibility, and long-term partnerships with our patients. This model ensures you receive continuous care that supports not just your physical health, but your overall well-being.
Affordable, Accessible Services for All
We believe that quality healthcare should be available to everyone, regardless of insurance status or income. We accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, and most major insurance plans. For those without coverage, we offer a sliding fee scale based on household income. Benefits counselors are available at every clinic to help patients navigate insurance enrollment and eligibility.
Pharmacy and Lab Services On-Site
For added convenience, most of our clinics feature on-site pharmacies and laboratories. Patients can fill prescriptions, access lab testing, and participate in special programs such as senior services—all under one roof. Learn More ›
